The goal of this project was to find a user group you would like to target and design a product, service, system or experience for them based on their needs, wants and limitations. Another objective was to analyze the 4 pleasures (Lionel Tiger) and which apply to the situation of your user group. All of this was to be presented through a persona and a corresponding scenario in a digital presentation of your final PSSE.
I decided to target dog owners as my user group and through interviews with dog owners and dog trainers, came up with a product and service combo to help with threshold training.
